We are excited to share that the concrete structure at KING Toronto is now substantially topped off. With the structure complete, we are advancing to the next phases of construction, which will include the installation of elevators and finishes. The installation of the building's unique curtain-wall system is well underway. With the first portions of the glass-block panels now installed, the Maison de Verre-inspired exterior is beginning to take shape. KING Toronto’s custom curtain-wall system gives the building it's distinctive aesthetic qualities and energy performance. Significant progress on the building facades is expected over the coming weeks. We look forward to sharing more photos as this exciting work continues.

We see our projects as active engagements with community, as part of a dialogue between what is built, the place where it is situated and the people who live there. Our projects are conceptualized and designed with an awareness of a much larger urban narrative. We look forward to sharing more information about King Street and continuing the conversation around urbanism in Toronto.
